When will my items arrive if I have pre-ordered an item?
Please note that if an order is placed and it includes an item that is on pre order, your whole order won’t be shipped until the pre-ordered item comes into stock.
I put in the wrong delivery address - can I change it?
Unfortunately we can’t change your delivery address once your product has been ordered. Don't worry – if you're not in when a delivery is attempted our delivery partner will leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your parcel.
Can I amend my order?
Unfortunately due to the nature and speed of our packing process we are unable to amend existing orders.
I have received a faulty item - what do I do?
We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. If you discover a fault, please get in touch with our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include the below in your email:
- Your order number
- The faulty item's name and SKU number
- A description of the fault
An item is missing from my order - what do I do?
We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving with you separately. If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside.
Yes, we do offer returns within 14 days of purchase. However we do not fund the postage back to the fulfilment centre so you will need to pay for this. Please send your item(s) back to the following address ensuring it is in perfect condition, unworn, with tags still attached and in the original bag.

How long will my refund take?
Once we receive the item(s) back at the fulfilment centre and it passes our checks, the refund will take three business days. The refund will be made onto the same payment method used for your original purchase.
I have been refunded less that what I paid for the items, how come?
Refunds made will be exactly the same value as what you paid for your items originally. Sometimes if you are paying in foreign currency, exchange rate changes can fluctuate between the time of purchase and refund. This can change the amount you receive.
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer exchanges, but if you are not happy with your item you can return the item for a refund.
Can I send an item as a gift?
You can send a Noticed parcel to someone else by using their delivery address at shipping when you complete the order. However, we do not offer a gift-wrapping service. You might want to give the lucky person a warning so they know to expect a parcel! In the unlikely event that there’s a problem with the order, we won’t be able to discuss any details with the recipient of the parcel. We can only discuss order and account information with the registered Noticed account holder for the account the order was placed on.
Where are Noticed products made?
Noticed products are all made in Portugal so that products have less distance to travel in their journey. The factories that we use are all ethical and staff are treated fairly.

How long with my delivery take to get to me?
Delivery is available globally and after 5 business days processing we will allow:
UK: 3-7 business days
Europe: 5-9 business days
Global: 10-14 business days
Where is my order?
Please check your order confirmation email, which will tell you how long your order should take. If you have chosen a delivery option with tracking then you will also receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the status of your delivery.
I have pre-ordered an item - when will I receive my order?
For any items that we have available for pre-order the availability date will be in the product description. When available, your item will take normal delivery times depending on which shipping method you chose at checkout.
The item that I want is sold out - what do I do?
Please do keep an eye on the website as items may come back into stock, and don’t forget to check the New In page. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to hear about new drops and influencer launches.
I haven’t received a confirmation email and I placed my order over 24 hours ago, what do I do?
Please do check your Junk items in your email inbox. If you still can’t find it, please get in touch with our customer service team at email@example.com and they will be able to help you.
I’m an influencer and I would love to be considered to make a range with Noticed - how do I get in touch?
You are able to 'save' items for later into your wishlist, so if you're browsing the website and aren't ready to buy anything straight away, you can add the item into here ready for when you want to buy.To add an item to your wishlist, click on the heart icon on each product that you like. Once an item is added to your saved items, you'll be able to see if it has reduced in price since adding it to your saved items list, if the item is out of stock in your chosen colour/size or if it's out of stock completely. Adding an item into here does not reserve the item for you - items placed into your wishlist can still be bought by other customers.
